On May 11,2020. I make an appointment from Bay Ridge of Toyota .At the door, I already sensed the reluctant attitude of the staff. In the process of not taking 1 minute they were told that could only look the car inside from the window ,could not touch the car and they could not open car. In this particular time, we would not have left the house without repeated calls from the sales staff. I don't know why they made an appointment to show-room in this case. It's a waste of our time. When I called the sales department, the operator rudely hung up the phone.I can't believe such a big company opened its doors without preparation. I don't think anyone would go if they were told not to look inside the car and touch the car during the appointment. So don't waste your time looking at cars. Their work attitude is terrible.
