It seems they will take advantage in any way they can. Multiple jobs. It appeared I was charged for parts and labor which became suspicious (engine parts, suspension parts, electrical system misdiagnosis resulting in a ton of hours and parts and still not fixed). It's only money, but it is my opinion that this shop may not be entirely straight. Stayed with them for a while before it became obvious I was being taken advantage of.. I think the service writer works on commission. Going to the dealer may cost a few bucks more, but in the end, it the right thing to do.
