Don't let them work on your Saab!
Took my Saab in for an alarm problem and to get a replacement for a broken key. Two days later I learned they just got the analyzer for the alarm system - they did not have it when I dropped off the car. They also called to tell me the remote portion of the key I left with them did not work. End. Result - 4 days and $106 later - nothing fixed. They did bypass the alarm siren so when the alarm goes off it is silent.
