Fast, Professional, and Reliable Service
I made an appointment last week for an early Monday morning check of our 2014 Mercedes Benz e350. Had an "Auxiliary Battery Malfunction" message. Layden took me in immediately and a quick diagnosis found, as I suspected, the auxiliary battery had to be replaced. The battery is only available at the local Mercedes Benz dealer so they picked one up. Everything only took a little over an hour. The cost was much less than the dealer would have charged and it saved me over $80 in Uber fees for round trip to/from my home in Kahalu'u. Also, as I stated in previous posts, the shop is very clean and well-organized and the staff are great.
