This was my first time to Baseline. I booked a transmission fluid flush and fill online for 7:30am. They took my car in at the appointed time. Front desk staff was friendly and made sure I understood the service required Nissan's CVT transmission fluid, which is more expensive. (I already knew but appreciated them taking the time to confirm my consent.) I was out of the shop within 90 minutes. I will definitely bring my car here for regular service.
