The Owner, Garry, and all of his excellent employees

Garry is very easy to talk to, to explain what is the problem, and he fixes it correctly the firs time. He does not try to up-sell you to something you don't need, and I appreciate that. Garry and his employees are always friendly, and it is a pleasure to do business with them. Also, I recently had a light bulb burn out on my way to sit with a friend at St. Lukes Hospital, stopped in at Barr's without an appointment, and Garry took time to replace the bulb while I waited, so I did not have to drive at night in KC with a headlight out. He knew what he was doing, had it replaced in a minute and didn't even charge me.
