I never do these online reviews, but this one is worth the time....
I don't think I've ever received such great service anywhere before-definitely not from a repair/performance shop. I needed a substantial amount of work done, with a substantial price tag to follow. Cody spent an hour on the phone with me explaining every issue while trying to save me some money in the process. True integrity. Bare Knuckles is a busy shop, and for the owner to take an hour to speak with me on the phone was pretty incredible---unheard of. Marc was accessible to me whenever I had questions, and continually kept me updated on progress. When the truck was finished, I was at work-Marc stayed after hours and waited for me to pick it up.
These guys have a true passion for diesel reliability and performance- and it's obvious-talk to them for 5 minutes and you know. They are also passionate about sharing information and taking care of the customer. I won't go anywhere else.
