service advisor scam
I was not happy with the service at Balise Hyundai. The service advisor, Arianny, had to use a fake email address instead of the one I provided at the time of service to avoid receiving a negative review. I was not satisfied with the service and was expecting a survey. However, when inquired, a different email address was on file. Please investigate this matter, review her history, and verify that the correct email addresses are associated with services. It’s unfortunate, because the other advisors and managers were helpful, but I will be taking my car somewhere else in the future to avoid her scams
