Engine Repair
My engine kept having a problems,was going to a hyundai dealer in plymouth who had just changed hands an did not get my car engine repaired. Then took the vehicle to Balise and had no problem they were helpfull and considerate and customer friendly. Going forward I will continue to go to Balise in Hyannis.

Would never buy a car here again nor recommend anyone to either, would highly recommend the service department for work on your car!

Balise Hyundai was great!
I brought my car into Balise Hyundai for a software update. They did the update and an inspection of my car, and quickly got me back on the road. The waiting room with WiFi was clean and comfortable. All the employees were friendly. Scheduling the service was a breeze. I’m very happy with my experience

Customer service was excellent. Our repair took quite awhile due to supply issues, but Balise provided us with a car to use in the meantime and they were very goodd about keeping us updated on the status. Our car is back in our driveway now and is good as new!

When I went in for my scheduled maintenance I was brought in right on time. The customer service was friendly and inviting. They showed me where to go wait and I was busy using their Wifi that the time went by very quickly. Thank you to all the staff

Great service every time
The staff are friendly and helpful at Balise, and they are always able to do what I need them to. Turnaround time is quick. The waiting room is nice. I have no complaints!
