Excellent!
This was my first time to Baker Garage / Volvo Specialists, and they were efficient, helpful and ethical. They will treat you will, fix what you need, and not try to oversell things you don't need. Highly recommend!

Not good
Three times you said it would be ready and it wasn’t. First Thursday, you apologized and said Friday, no call to say what’s up, Had to pick up on Monday. That was an entire week with the car. Right front lug nut covers missing.
Five chrome lug nut covers from Dealer 63.00 dollars!

Personal service at a great price
Baker was great to work with! My AC had gone out on my XC90 for the second time in the last 6 months and the dealership was quoting a really high price to diagnose the issue and fix it. I decided to call a few other specialty shops and Baker answered all my questions and was the most accommodating and saved me $100s, maybe even ore than $1000!

I had my taxe serviced there for an alignment, and they helped me look at some other issues with the suspension. Great communication and I will keep going back

Thorough work
This was my second service with Baker. Although this was just an oil change, following my major service 6 months ago, I appreciate that they provide a thorough inspection of issues that are developing. Photos and descriptions are provided. With that I can budget for future services. Excellent work done.

AMAZING PERSONAL SERVICE
Baker Garage will be my mechanic for life!!! Their personalized service is overwhelming!!! They really care about GREAT customer service and live up to it. After having my Volvo towed there and serviced, it was having an unusual problem. Jeremy (he's a company owner) made a house call!!! Who does that??? I live in Conifer, not just down in town. All I can say is Jeremy, you are the BOMB!!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!! My Volvo and I love you!!! :-)
