EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! My first appt there was an oil change. Everything went well and everyone seemed nice. They recommended me to get a new Axel and gave me a quote in $300 range after parts labor and taxes so I set up an appt to get it taken care of. I drop my car off on a Friday morning at 9am and it's suppose to be a 2.5 hour job they said. Don't hear anything and I had to call at 4pm finally to ask for an update. They tell me they haven't been able to get my axel off and need another part which will be another 80$ I'll have to pay for that and now they have to keep my car until Monday. Monday comes and I don't hear anything so I call about 3:30pm and they said my car is finally done but now my total went up even more and I had to pay $580 now because they had to Break some parts off and cut some wires off and replace them because they couldn't get my axel off. I was never updated about the price increases at all until everything was done and I was forced to pay. I will NEVER bring any cars here and will not ever recommend them to anyone. No communication at all!
