As a woman, you know the mechanics see you coming, and they see dollar signs! NOT THIS GUY!!!!!! My husband and I were told by an auto part store the our starter was going out and we were referred to Bailey's Complete Automotive. Two days prior to coming in to Bailey's, he (Neal) quoted us $342.00 to replace our starter and when I brought it in he said the starter was fine and the battery was dead. Our bill dropped dramatically! I was so shocked that honest mechanics still exist!!! 'Thank you Neal' for going the extra mile when you didn't have to. I will refer all my friends to you in the future!!!!!
