Ordered parts all listed "IN STOCK" but not in Stock!
Called Babbitt this morning about parts I ordered 4 days ago that showed "in stock" on their on line order form. Talked to there customer service and was told they were not in stock and were order and should be to them in 3 days, maybe. Told customer service those parts showed in stock, she said oh that just means they are in stock at the Yamaha warehouse. I told her that is false advertising and I wanted a refund on my card. She said "No refund" on any parts after we ordered them. False advertising, and dishonesty again. So much for their hassle free returns. Don't waste your time doing business with people that are dishonest!
