Luigi was so impatient with me and said "You keep waiting my time" when I was his only customer there.
Besides the dog that was so friendly everything else was terrible!
The only reason why I went there is because I saw good reviews and I needed to get my AC fixed!
Luigi wanted to charge me $330 just for diagnosis and I did not even get it repaired because he didn't have the part for me, which is insane!
There is no any place in NJ that charges per hour! I have been to so many different mechanics in NJ in my life and the range for diagnosis they charge is usually between $120-$150 and not per hour!!
I had to call other places and show him that nobody charges per hour when I put the phone on speaker he was shocked and started shouting at me!
Luigi doesn't make any sense with the prices and his job at all, he's impatient to to his customers and overcharges! I was literally the only one there and he used the fact that I'm a young lady and nobody came there so he was trying to make money on me! does it even make any sense that I need to pay extra money to someone who is not getting customers at all and I didn't get anything fixed?
Please guys go to any mechanic shops besides there!
I'm pretty sure all the reviews here that rated a 10 are legitimate!
