Joe and the “secretary,” for lack of better words because I never caught her name, are the most honest, patient and caring people I’ve ever dealt with at a car mechanic. Joe went above and beyond trying to make sure my car was safe and legal to drive after a rough inspection, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg or screw me over monetarily (which many dirty car mechanics do.) He actually took time to explain every issue in great detail and respectfully dumbed it down for me so I could understand everything they had to fix and why before I footed the very reasonable bill. I would highly recommend B&M automotive in Bloomfield!
