Tiffany said this business diagnosed her vehicle with two different problems and gave her a quote. She had them do the job, they called her to let her know that it was done and also told her there was something else wrong. She didn't have the money to get that additional problem fixed. When she drove her vehicle away, it was still doing the same thing when she originally brought it in and they told her that it will still do that until the other problem is fixed. She was upset because she was told one diagnosis with a quote that she was prepared to pay for and then she was told there was an additional problem and she thinks she was taken advantage of because she is a woman. She had them put the original parts back on and she would fix the vehicle herself. She was also upset that they still charged her a diagnostics fee and wasn't refunded her money back. She said she is never going there again and she does not recommend them to anyone.
