DO NOT USE! Uses aftermarket parts that don't fit and causes damage. STAY AWAY!!!
We were out of town, traveling. We used B&N Auto repair for our 2021 BMW X6. Met with owner, Wayne, and provided VIN as brake wear sensor warning light was on. I asked him if he could do a rear brake pad job on a 2021 BMW X6 - he agreed. Brought the car in a couple days later as he needed to order the parts. Drop car only to find out that wrong parts were ordered and he needed to get the correct parts and rescheduled to the next week so he could source the correct parts.
Completed brake job and wife complained of rattling noises from under the car. We went our local BMW dealership after our trip and found out that the wrong parts were used, the shims were not correct, and now the rear rotors were worn beyond resurfacing. Also because aftermarket parts were used and not shimmed properly, our warranty is not invalid.
When discussed with Wayne, he states "BMW is selling you something you don't need". "I used the VIN number and ordered aftermarket parts.". Ok - regardless, they did damage, weren't installed correctly, etc. Wayne stated he would refund me the cost of the aftermarket parts ($150). My bill to correct his error was over $1,300 and I'm out the remainder of my warranty.
BE VERY CAREFUL IN BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE HERE AND NOTE HOW CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED WHEN APPROCHED WITH THEIR ERROR. STAY AWAY.
