Had to send my card to another shop

After sending my car to Avenue Automotive, chosen for me by Silver Rock warranty company, it was at their shop for a couple months before we had to move it to another shop to complete the repairs. The first attempt to deliver my car to me ended with a blown engine on the way to my house. Avenue Automotive blamed Silver Rock. Nevertheless, it had to be returned to the shop. The next time the car was delivered there were important parts of it missing like windshield wipers, nuts and bolts, grilles and the brake fluid overflow reservoir was hanging by a rubber hose on the hot engine because the bracket it mounted to was missing, and that's just what I could see when I popped the hood. I can't rightly say what else might have been missing. Obviously, it had to go back to the shop again. When the car was finally delivered to me, it broke down after a few hundred miles driven. The car went back to the shop again. After several days of trying to diagnose the problem at Avenue Automotive, I asked that the car be moved to another shop. The car was moved to Miracle Auto in Dallas and the problem was diagnosed in a matter of hours. There was very little reliable communication from Avenue Automotive, unless I called the warranty company and complained and although John apologized profusely and made lots of excuses, they were never able to repair my car properly. I won't make a judgment call about Avenue Automotive. I'm only relaying my true experience to help you decide if you want to take your car or truck to Avenue Automotive to be repaired
