Since returning to Chicago from Canada four years ago, I have regularly taken my 2010 Dodge Calibur to Autotime for a varity of services ranging from regular oil changes, etc., to major repairs. I have consistently been well satisfied not only with the work done, but with the clarity of explanation and attention to detail which I as a customer received from Robert(owner), Walt, and other technicians servicing my vehicle. Wait time has always been reasonable as well as cost for both labor and parts. Today, with the predicted very cold weather, I realized I should get my 5-year old battery checked. Although it was already midafternoon, I drove to Autotime and was taken in promptly. Bob explained that the battery definitely should to be replaced. I approved. The work was done and I was on my way back home in less than an hour, confident that I have a good battery for the cold winter mornings and days ahead. I have already recommended Autotime to others and will continue to do so.
