Initially, I expected the typical frustrating experience when buying a car, but my salesman Everette was warm, personable and helpful. He made the process quick and efficient. The van I was interested in buying was in great shape with low miles, however, it was missing the cover for the driver's side mirror. Everette told me he would order the part, and I could come back in about a week when the part arrived and their service dept. would install it. This didn't deter me because I knew it was a simple fix. Later in the deal making process Everette comes back to me to tell me that it wasn't necessary for me to come back to have the mirror cover installed. He came up with a quick solution by taking the mirror cover off the same make and model van on the lot as the one I was buying.
This impressed me a lot. Everette is a "no problems... only solutions..." kind of guy. Also, Sosa the Finance & Insurance guy was a pleasure to deal with too.
