Very rude sales team refused documentation requested . Tried to strong arm is into using “their bank” not the one of our choice . Disrespectful comments towards me and arrogant attitudes Purchased a 2015 20k car on Saturday . Check engine light came on after 100 miles . Had the car scanned at Auto Zone and it popped 20 power train codes !! No help from sales person Wayne. Daniel in service assured me the vehicle was gone and had no previous codes stored in computer . Yet it was freshly inspected according to them ! Vince Refused to return the car or my down payment of 5k , also stating he same runaround excuses as sales and service . This is unacceptable and illegal! Have contacted an attorney to sue .
