BUYER BEWARE!… should be their motto. Bought a car from Autoproved for my son after an unfortunate accident totaled his. Two days later the check engine light came on. I immediately called them to report the issue. I had it diagnosed and was told it needed a new engine. Autoproved refused to work with me on any reasonable remedy, only repeating that I bought it “As-IS.” Prior to me purchasing, they touted the multiple “Rigorous” inspections that cars go through before selling. Apparently not rigorous enough to identify a cracked engine. I am totally disappointed in their lack of willingness to work with me to make things right. They only seemed to care about getting their money and moving on. I should’ve listened to the terrible Yelp ratings, and numerous online complaints from other customers. Please do your research before working with them and do not expect ANY support if something goes wrong. You will find similar themes in other reviews with this dealership if you do your research.
