Service technician and mechanic
The service technician gave me detailed explanation of what the problem was with my vehicle, the solution to the problem/s and what I could expect when the problem was resolved and the detailed costs to solve said problem. When the vehicle was repaired the technician again reviewed the problem/resolution and physically went with me to the accounts payable desk. My vehicles keys were given to me and I returned to my vehicle to find it washed. The few times that I have had my Hyundai vehicles repaired outside warranty parameters have all been more than satisfactory. I do find that the more seasoned the service technician, the better the results. I find that I return to the dealership to resolve problems sooner when I trust my technicians knowledge and the information and direction he provides me. I have utilized the services of Casey Grant for many years as my service advisor. I might mention my family owns two Hyundai vehicles, one out of warranty and one in the warranty period. John Wiedman
