I was very pleased with the communication and sincerity that was put forth by AutoNation. Kyla was very thorough and pleasant to talk to. I did get a little impatient towards the end after they had my car for a month and a half. But to be fair they had my car during the holidays and with them being in the middle of the week, it was difficult to get things done on time. So I dailed back my impatience and was pleased with the end result. Having to pay very little out of pocket was a bonus as well.
