After 2 years and $39,000 I sold my equipment/inventory and good will to my employee. He is changing the business name and as part of my contract I must resolve the company thru the county clerks office. But ATI wants to charge me an additional $10,600 to close out their contract. First coach was so bad ATI fired him. Second coach, no structure or procedure to help my business. Third coach for the last 9 months much better but by than I decided to get out of the business. But ATI still wants to charge me for a closed business. No right .
