OK Experience...
I'm giving a 3 star rating for 2 reasons...price is great and they are very very friendly. Otherwise my rating would be lower. They were not able to diagnose my air bag problem, so I will have to make another trip to the dealer for that. In addition, they disconnected my battery and failed to put the security code in my radio when they were done. I had no idea how to fix that. Since they work on cars as a business and must know this is a safety feature on all Honda cars, it's hard to imagine how they missed or forget. I drove around for a week with no radio, until I was able to find some one who could help me. I will probably use them for oil changes and general maintenance again, but I doubt I will for repairs. I would only recommend for general maintenance.
