I was stuck with a bad alternator and had coasted off the highway onto the exit ramp right across the street from the shop. I had called a tow truck and was waiting, when a man came over and asked if we were okay. I explained my car wouldn't turn over and I suspected the alternator, but had a tow on the way. He told me to cancel my tow and he had a jump box. He ran across the street, came back, got my car to the shop and Yes...replaced my alternator. More recently, he did an oil change and an alignment for the SAME old and trusty. I think our cars found a new buddy! Plus, he rides motorcycles. So, bonus for this biker dad. We have and will return.
