I use Automotive Express and the body shop regularly. Their service is friendly, honest and on time. And their prices are always reasonable. Definitely the best bet for these services in Brooklyn. Highly recommend.

Ronald said the staff told him on the phone that the service would be one price, and when he went in, the price was a lot higher than he had anticipated. He was under a different impression of what he would pay, and disappointed by the inconsistency in price. They did fix the vehicle, but he would not be likely to recommend them.

The team at Automotive Express does a good job of explaining things that go wrong with a car and what to do about them. If you're just going for an inspection, it's sometimes hard to get in because they don't have many places to park cars.
