Mr. Paul went above and beyond in assisting to schedule me in, supporting the transition needed for Mr. La Don to creatively help me to get the car down to the shop, providing his expert knowledge after the diagnostic exam, and facilitating the services needed. The support from Mr. Adam and Mr. Isaías also gave me further knowledge about my car!
