I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The gentleman was super nice. Tried to sell me the New England package for over $700. I’m brought to the waiting are that is filthy. No vending machine to get water. Just filthy area. I get a call an hour after being here that their software just came up and they found d I had 2 recalls for software. I never received any recalls notices. How can their “software “ just come back online? How are they able to see anything without this up and running. The person who calls me instead of walking down to the waiting room to tell me this calls me. He said if you do not want us to do the recalls you can leave and get on with your life! WTH?? So I stuck here for over 3.5 hrs. The man was very rude and condescending to me. Maybe because I am a female who knows.
