My 2024 Elantra ha been a challenge. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. My rotors were supposedly to be fixed allegedly and I have the same issues. Please go to another dealership! Reconsider going to this dealership please at all cost.

My 2024 Elantra ha been a challenge. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. My rotors were supposedly to be fixed allegedly and I have the same issues. Please go to another dealership! Reconsider going to this dealership please at all cost.

Was Lied too!!!
I bought a 2022 Hyundai Venue from these scammers a couple weeks ago, the salesman promised me a price of $13,500, however after checking my paperwork I found out that they raised the price without my knowledge with the bank to $15,350, when I confronted the finance manager about it he was very rude said there is nothing we can do about it. Upon further investigation I found out that the car needed new tires and brakes in order to pass inspection which came up to about $2400 which they charged me for!! NO doesn't work that way!! I will continue to try and get this resolved but feel there is nothing I can do about it. Stay away from this shady dealership!!!

Young woman Chelsea in service has on multiple occasions shared her personal explicit content and web page to customers seeking subscribers and payment for her videos and pictures. Sad world we live in today. Hope things look up there soon.

I am deeply disturbed by the young woman Chelsea of your service department. She has not only given my husband, but my son on a separate occasion access to her "onlyfans" account which is her explicit content that you can purchase. I have heard of her doing this multiple times. Is there a Service manager aware of this???

This ENTIRE encounter has been an absolute DISASTER!!
Do yourself a favor and RUN far away from this place and it`s employees. I`m not sure whats worse but you`re welcome to decide; from a complete lack in an customer service from sales people, or the fact that they like to take your money and dodge you for over a week, the fact that they sell you a car they claim to service but really just gave it a nice vacuuming, maybe the fact that they do the bare minimum three days after purchase to hold you over so it`s not a them problem, could be the lack in decency or knowledge from anyone in the entire company never mind dealership, maybe its the fact that you have 2 warentees at 60 and 100 thousand miles then 3 months later less than 10,000 miles added and at 40,000 miles after spending 22 thousand your check engine light starts blinking (engine misfire) and you`re told to drop or tow it to them and can wait the 3 weeks to have it looked at since they can`t just claim it`s a warentee issue, and maybe even the fact that you go back and search with your original paperwork to see that they supposedly fixed that EXACT engine code (which was a recall starting engine fires) in a month they didn`t even have ownership of said vehicle nor did it come up for the cars previous owners blue-link info and to top it off dated for the year 0001?!?! And add to it the fact that two weeks after giving all my personal info to this exact company and employees I end up loosing ALL social media accounts, personal info including social security number, social and personal email accounts, and continuous harassment from "someone" for the last few months just two weeks after initial issues occurring. To say it`s a crap show is a nice way of putting this entire situation!

Refuses to Stand Behind Their Vehicles
I recently bought a used certified preowned Hyundai from Autofair Hyundai. It had a cracked windshield that they said they would replace and they did just before I picked it up. At a little over a month later the windshield started cracking again. Not good but its a certified preowned vehicle they should stand behind their vehicle and take care of the issue. Wrong!
Called service to set up an appointment for it. They were busy so I couldn't get in to see them for 2 weeks. Finally there, sat in the waiting room, then they finally called me back just to tell me they can't do anything for me, I have to take the car to the auto glass subcontractor! Once at the auto glass company they agreed it didn't look like anything hit it but they did tell me there was only a 30 day warranty on the glass, which Autofair failed to mention. Since it was now almost 60 days the glass supplier wouldn't allow it, but if Autofair had sent me when I first called it was in the gray area and likely I could have got it covered.
Also found out Autofair didn't tell me about other things like don't put the car on a lift or go through a mechanical car wash with the new windshield (which thankfully I didn't). So I felt they withheld important information and should be responsible for at least some of the cost. I tried to speak with the service manager and he communicated a couple times but mainly ignored me and brushed off my complaint. Then tried to talk to the general manager after making no progress over several weeks and just ended up speaking to a sub-manager. They "discussed" it and then told me they would do nothing. Not happy with Autofair Hyundai. Wasted my time, cost me money, and brushed me off. Recommend you take your business elsewhere.
(I would however highly recommend Manchester Auto Glass. They helped with the issue and didn't charge for labor for the second windshield given the circumstances. Highly recommend them!)

Service is always prompt and courteous.
The drive into the service area is easy and convenient. Service personnel are always helpful and courteous. Service recommendations are reasonable and appropriate and respectful of the customer's final decision. My older vehicle has been and still is operating in great condition as this dealership has provided maintenance service according to manufacturer's recommendation.

Service completed faster than expected
I was told service would take an hour and a half. I waited in the waiting room with my small child. Service was done in 45 minutes. Staff was very friendly. Scheduling online was fast and there were many date and time options for availability.
