Will never go here again for service - not the same without Brandon
I have been coming here for about 8 years to service my Audi Q5 and Audi A8L. Brandon had been the manager for years but left for a new job last year or so. My recent service was an example of what would never happen if Brandon was there. The manager called me to tell me my battery needed changing. The last time I changed my battery it was less than $200. He did not say a price and I assumed it would be similar and agreed. When I picked up my car, it was over $500 for the battery. Brandon would have made sure to one tell me how much it would be and two to offer lower cost options. One time, he even refused to do some service because he thought I could get coverage at the Audi dealer. He was correct. Two weeks before I am trading in this car, I did not want to spend that much on a battery. Never will use them again. Back to the one I used before in Fountain Valley.
