For example, they discovered a dangerous problem with my car, which could have caused an accident. Not only did they let me know about the problem, they called Mercedes and found out for me that, even though the car was a 2013, it could be fixed at a dealership under warranty. Autobaun called the Misawaka Mercedes, secured help for me, and even kept my car until I could get a flatbed to take it to IN. That is amazing, going beyond the norm service.
They also do excellent routine maintenance on my car and always let me know if there is anything to watch for in the future.
