I’m very happy that my prior mechanic referred me to Bernard at Autobahn because he is simply a pleasure to work with. He’s very kind and considerate and communicative and gives a bit of education in there too, so we as consumers can keep abreast of what to watch for with our vehicles. He’s very responsive at answering the phone, addressing any questions, and his turnaround times are good and as predicted. There’s no last-minute delays which affect my schedule.
