We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us, even if it wasn’t the type of service that our customers have come to expect and enjoy. Pedro is a new dealer here in town.  He brought us a car with a bad speed sensor and a bad O2 sensor.  He insisted that we replace these parts to address his abs issues and engine issues.  Which we did, with new parts - that fixed these problems.  I do not understand his motivation for claiming that we would install used parts and sell them as new.  He does not understand our business ethics if he truly believes this to be true.  I am certain that he does not.  Unbeknowst to us, he also had a bad transmission (which we did not evaluate) that came to us straight from the auction.  When that became appararant after he left, he attempted to blame and threaten us for his bad purchase.  Dealers should know the kind of cars they are getting from the auction.  It is part of their business.  We try to help them, usually they understand this business.  Pedro instead chose to to make threats and attemp to bully us to make up for his lack of understanding.  Considering his threats, we made the decision not to accept any more of his business rather than to help him through his problem vehicle.  While it may be appropriate to publish the name of his dealership, instead, I would like him to have the opportunity to develop a better understanding of the business and I wish him much success when he does.
