The rating is zero but your survey wouldn't let me press it.
I made an appointment on line for 9 and never got a response, but showed up anyway. There mechanics aren't there let alone ready to work on anyone's car. It took an hour for an oil change. All magazines are in Russian. No bathroom. Only 4 channels on TV. No one comes to see if you can even turn the set on. I was given the wrong info. about my car. I was told I needed to replace a belt but didn't know which one and then communication broke down between person at desk and mechanic, but evidently there was no belt problem. I would never have come back after the same results my 1st visit, but my husband bought your stupid car service for $79 from some lying salesperson that came to the house.
