Absolutely run ridiculously I get where have hard times right now but you let me sit and wait thinking my car is being worked on (new tires) only to see the Mackinac show up 45 mins later. No one came over to tell me anything or give me updates my appointment as at 8:30 am I arrived at 8:15 ( 15 min after they were already open. ) left at 10:50 pm to simply have 4 tires that were already picked out and shipped to the store a week prior! The fact that no one came over to me and me know was really ridiculous.
The customer service and quality of work was top notch
The pricing was extremely fair
Even though they are not the closest to my location I will be driving back with any automotive issues I have
Thanks again
I was actually quite disappointed today when I picked up my car.
I have gotten my most recent oil changes here and really loved the place! They always worked efficiently and had great customers service.
I dropped my car off to get looked at, and it was still under warranty, so I was told my deductable would be $100. Which is perfectly acceptable, in my opinion. The lady at the front, Wendy, said they would have to run a diagnosis test on it, and I assured her I was in no hurry, because I'm laid off right now due to covid19.
My car was in the shop about a week I would say. On Thursday I received a voicemail from her saying my car would be ready later in the afternoon the next day. She also mentioned that besides the $100 deductable, there were a couple parts my car needed that won't be covered by the warranty. "Probably around $70-75 additional."
When I picked up my car today, the total came out to $304 and some change. I was shocked. That's not what she said in the message, and I never received a call that there were going to be parts that won't be covered. Spark plugs and some valve cover or something. I literally could have done the spark plugs myself, and I would have opted out had I been given the choice.
I figured this would be a good time to get my car worked on since I don't need it to drive to work. But what wasn't good timing was a surprise bill almost double what I was told.
This is bad for business and just not nice to do to people during a global pandemic.
