Friendly staff
Auto select was my first pick for three of our vehicles. Friendly staff, looked at our cars same day and had them done at a reasonable time. After bringing back two of our vehicles back multiple times. Not topping of fluids for an oil change and one still leaking after the second time. Unfortunately there are more skilled mechanics out there. We no longer will take our vehicles to this company.

BEWARE of price gouging at Auto Select.
I have a Honda van towed to Auto Select. They first told me that it's going to cost me $3,600 for engine repair, and we agreed to the price. I had my Van towed there and they told me that it's going to cost me $5,300.

I decided to tow my van to another shop that charged me for $3,200 for the same job. Auto Select charged me $111.00 for a full diagnostic which they didn't do. They only look at pistol 1 & 2. I knew because I asked them.

BEWARE of price gouging.
I took my Honda to the Auto Select in Weston, WI. They told me it's going to cost me $3,600 for engine work and I agreed to the cost. I had the van towed there and now they told me it's going to cost me $5,300. So I decided to have the car tow to a different shop, and they charged me for $111.00 for full diagnostic price but they only put the borescope into cylinder 1 & Cylinder 2.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. They price gouging and change tactic to take advantage of their customers.

Auto select at Weston does not have good service.

Professional Friendly Honest Quality
Auto Select Weston was so easy to work with. We towed are SUV there on a weekend and they diagnosed it and called with options and upfront honest prices first thing Monday morning. They were incredibly friendly and professional. They were very detailed with invoice and explanations. They repaired everything very quickly and we will be doing all future vehicle maintenance and repairs with them!

Longevity means something
I believe that longevity as a customer gives you an advantage because they get to know you well enough to know what you expect in service and that even thru mistakes you are with them for the long haul

Even though one may not think an auto shop would feel like home, the employees have such excellent customer service and hospitality it truly gives off a comforting sense of security and well-being despite whatever circumstances may have brought you in to seek their help. I am Sorry you feel this way. When our technician perform your brake inspection he found that the left rear caliper was sticking causing left rear brake to grind. With your safety in mind and to provide you with our warranty he recommend replacing rear pad, rotors and calipers at that time. You declined for us to fix at that time and went home and did the work yourself. Clients safety in our #1 concern and will not sacrifice that on any repair.
