Ran the vehicle over at noon and was told I'd have an idea of the solution by the end of the workday. Their lot was full so I know they were very busy, but I received the call that day and the appointment for the following day! I was given options on what was a must fix and what could be done to save me money in the future. No pressure to decide on which option to choose. They were polite and explained the problem thoroughly.
