Overall great experience
My first time working with this shop. I've made the rounds to various shops in the area and have NEVER left my car with anyone and felt like everything would be fine on pick-up. I've had lung nuts left loose enough to cause the wheel to nearly come off on the 5 mile trip home, all 6 nuts on the tops of the front struts left hand tight, an emergency brake that I was told could not be hooked up (after I got home and pulled the lever, a ruined headlight by ac compressor oil...after the shop called ME to ask how much was supposed to be in there, a washer bottle just dropped into place and all fasteners missing along with half the clips missing on the cladding around the engine, a car given back to me with the entire under-the-car engine splash shield and the protective cover around the shift lever missing...you get the point. I've taken to doing all my own repairs after all that, but I wouldn't hesitate to leave a repair with Rick. After spending a while talking shop with him, I know I can definitely trust him and his team. I left a part with him for machine work, and it was done ahead of schedule, the work was done well, no extra unnecessary services were suggested and the price was very reasonable. I would (and already have) recommend this shop without hesitation.
