Great customer service from Andrew and the entire staff
My 2016 Audi q5 has been serviced at this location several times and they have always been honest with me, I have an upcoming appointment on the 1st of April am sure the service will be great I can’t remember the owners name but he is awesome all are the employees are welcoming as well see y’all soon.

Absolutely terrible on every aspect of my experience
Do yourself a favor and don’t go there, they charged me $2600. And my vehicle is worse than it was before I took it there! My vehicle was filthy dirty. Over $2000 in labor and now I have to take it somewhere Else! I will never go back there again and neither should you!!!

Simply the best
Atheel and his team are miracle workers. They resurrected my BMW 5 series from the dead (an engine that had self-destructed). I had given up hope and assumed the car was destined for the scrap yard. But they pulled off a complete engine replacement, and the car runs like new. Seeing is believing. No reason to take your car anywhere else.

My Datsun 240-Z and Audi Q7
Both my '73 Datsun 240-Z and 2019 Audi Q7 have been serviced by Auto Medics. Their staff has been very helpful and kept us informed of any changes in the service procedure. My 51 year old Datsun 240-Z went through a $10,000+ overhaul with very satisfactory results.

Both our Mercedes are finally at the right Doctor here in Michigan.

Brakes and Tires
The Auto Medics team had my car fir 2 days made did a brake job and new tires, provided me with a loaner car while my car was being repaired, very happy with the level of service I received.

Headlight fogging issues causing dangerous driving conditions

Check engine lifgt
I had Auto Medics look at a check engine light issue. The problem was found in a few minutes and fixed in one day. The also completed some required maintenance that was needed. The service was much better than I receive at the dealership, cost is lower as and the work was done quicker.

Wonderful experience
This was my first time visiting this place. The staff was very very polite. They took the time to explain the situation and what they were going to do to fix it. The prices were very reasonable.

Job well done
Very well organized from scheduling appointment to servicing car. Able to finish the job in one day and provided shuttle service, which was great. Provided good estimate and explained everything they need to do fix my problem.
