Satisfied but disappointed
Had an oil change and receipt states all fluids levels were checked and filled but there was no windshield fluid and power steering was low.

Great customer service
My husband has been using Auto Matters for years.
Now, my husband has become disabled This was my first time taking care of this kind of issue (automotive)

Oil Chang & state inspection
Got appointment when I wanted it. Left car to have work done. Done within 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing too.

I needed my car inspected
I made an appointment and I didn't have my car info needed for the inspection. My husband told me that the paperwork was in the car. It wasn't in mine, it was in his. Anyway, the nicest lady, jo, was so very helpful. I rescudeled. I went home and got my paperwork. I called Joe back and she told me that I could bring it in now. After waiting a short time and really enjoyed talking to this angel and listening to her help the other customers my car was ready. Dennis came out and told me that I needed antifreeze. That was it!! Yay. The $62 was worth every penny. Thank you for your kindness. 😊
