Hate To Do It
Started good, ended terribly. Didn't plug my tire correctly for $30. Took it back on my lunch hour, had me wait an hour to then tell me they couldn't tell what was wrong. Mooresville Tire fixed their faulty plug job and plugged a different leak in the same tire both for $26.

Never again.

Do not recommend!
I had walked in to get an inspection, break check, alignment on Friday. They had two cars ahead of me for an alignment so I just made an appointment for Tuesday. They did do the inspection and break check and got me in and out! I had a great experience Friday! But Tuesday I had a 10am appointment for an alignment and to check my ABS and was told the whole process would take about 3 hours. I called at 2pm to check the status of my car but to find out my car had not even been looked at yet! On the call they said they could have the alignment put on a rush and done by 3pm. So what was the point of me making an appointment. I was recommended here by someone saying they where so nice and do not rip you off but they are just like any other mechanic! Bottom line don’t make an appointment because they value walk in more and will waste your time. I don’t recommend going here at all!

First, thank you for your honest review.  We appreciate your business but i don't quite understand the all-or-none review.  You say you had a wonderful experience on Friday?  Even when we schedule appointments, we cannot account for unexpected problems on vehicles that were scheduled before you.  Just like a doctors appointment, we can't operate on time 100% of the time.  While you should've been notified, does a shop running behind schedule warrant a 1 star review??  Why do you say we are just like every other mechanic?  Sorry we couldn't make you happier, we take pride in being honest and saving people money, but we can't foresee all problems that cause delays in our schedule.  I hope you have a blessed day!
