Worst experience I have ever had
We came in ready to buy a vehicle, but Kyle in finance was so aggressive and unprofessional that we walked away. He flat-out refused to show me my loan paperwork or explain anything. When I asked simple questions, he became extremely aggressive and dismissive, cutting me off and saying, “Do you want the car or not?”

I have never, and will never, sign for a car without seeing the loan details. His refusal to provide that basic information was shocking. On top of that, he yelled at me in front of my children and other customers, stood over me, called out my name loudly, and demanded that I “look at him when he is speaking.” When we called out his behavior, he denied it — even though my child recorded the entire interaction. As we got up to leave, he followed us, continuing to argue, before finally walking away mumbling.

This was one of the most aggressive, humiliating, and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. We refused to do business with Kyle, and I would strongly warn others to be cautious.
