I'm having a very negative experience. On 2/18/25, I had a very expensive accident. I brought my car in for the fuel tank to be replaced. Although, I truly appreciate the fast turnaround. I'm not appreciating the runaround for getting an detailed itemized receipts for parts, and warranty, to recoup some of my money from the insurance company. Please help Invoice #61468.
No one can give me the receipt, call back, or email be back, which I don't understand. Because they were very helpful up until now.
