Dan was ill and couldn't get out of bed, but he made sure he sent his mechanic to service my car as quickly as possible. I wish AEH was much closer to where I am, because Dan knows my car very well and has kept it running. That's why I make sure I go to him for a regular visit (oil change) and have him look at the car. If there's a major problem, then I'd try to find a way to have him take care of it, despite the distance.
