Expert Mechanics, Extraordinary Service
In two separate and recent visits, I have found the team at Auto Empire to be one of the best in the business of auto mechanics and body shops in our region. Led by owner (and fellow Toyota Tundra driver) David Christina, I was completely confident and comfortable with entrusting Auto Empire to service my 2019 Toyota Tundra with 102,000+ miles on it this past Monday. With a pretty lengthy list of service and maintenance activities, I assumed they would have my truck all-day or a day and a half. 5 hours after drop-off, I was called to be informed that the truck was ready, and the price was less than a local dealership quoted! When I arrived and asked how they were able to handle the job in such a short amount of time, Mr. David told me that he put four of his mechanics on it to ensure they got it back to me. Now, THAT is extremely rare and appreciated in this industry, and the truck is running so smoothly now. I will definitely return to Auto Empire in Metairie for future service and maintenance needs.
