Very poor service- I'll never return

We took our car here because the check engine light was on because we are part of the repairpal program through Carmax. It took 5 days for them to diagnose the problem and call us back which is just ridiculous. Then we were told the car needed to be repaired through Carmax. When Carmax went in to look at the problem they discovered that the part that needed repaired (evap purge solenoid) was missing and that the Auto Doctors never put the part back on before we left the shop! WHAT? We smelled fuel all the way to Carmax while driving. Very disappointed with this shop and their lack of professionalism. I'll never return.
