The lines of the repaired area on tailgate are wavy and of poor quality.The newly installed parts do not fit as well as factory installed. My car was full of dust and powdery handprints. I expected at least a car wash for $3000 worth of work.The paper carpet protection was left in my car. One of my Jeep emblem license plate screw covers was missing when my car was released. The receptionist has very poor telephone manners.
