I don't see how you can quote a final price to a customer and tell them you can't take a payment over the phone so the customer can pay that price. Then when they send their son to pay, jack up the price which the son didn't know about and then say, oh there was more work involved. Save yourselves the hassle and headache. Don't ever use this place.

Our Merchant agreement prohibits over the phone payments the Vehicle's battery was dead, and needed to be charged
